A cigarette should be a scene, not a gag

Most smoking emotes play one canned animation and end. In this free script a cigarette lasts as long as the player wants it to. They light up, hold it, take a drag when the moment calls for it and breathe out a cloud everyone nearby can see. It works for a detective thinking on a rooftop, a gang member leaning on a car or a nervous witness outside the station.

How it plays

• You control the puffs. Inhale when you choose. The animation and smoke follow what you do instead of a timer.
• Smoke everyone sees. Particles are synced, so the people around you see the same cloud.
• Life between drags. Breathing and small character movements fill the gaps so the player never stands frozen.
• More than cigarettes. Cigars and other smokeable items are supported.

For server owners

It is standalone, so it runs with no framework at all and also on ESX, QBCore and Qbox. Settings are in the config so you can tune it for your community, it is light on resources and the install is drop in. Free to download.
