Standalone Bodybag Script
Statebag-synced bodybags that survive a script restart mid-scene
A hospital is where a medical scene ends, so the building only earns its stream size if there is something to do inside it. This shelf pairs the interiors with the resources that use them: a surgery system for the serious calls and a bodybag resource for the ones that did not work out.

Before comparing looks, compare rooms. A treatment bay, a surgery, a morgue and a reception each support a different scene, and an interior missing the one your crew uses most is the wrong interior however good it looks. A pharmacy is a smaller purchase that gives players a reason to walk somewhere between calls, which is content a hospital alone does not provide.
A surgery system turns a revive into a procedure, which is what a hospital is for. A bodybag resource covers the other outcome and lets a scene be cleared properly rather than left to a despawn. Both are standalone, so they work with whichever interior and whichever medical records resource you already run.
Medical interiors tend to be large, and they are only visited by part of your player base. Weigh the stream size against how busy your medical side actually is, and prefer an interior near where incidents happen over one across the map that adds a five minute drive to every call.
Check whether the interior replaces a stock building or unlocks one, whether an IPL has to be disabled, and whether the doors are already set up for a doorlock resource. Those three lines save most of the setup time.
Not strictly. Records and treatment work anywhere on the map. An interior gives the crew somewhere to take a patient, which is what makes a longer scene worth playing.
No. Both are standalone and place their interactions by configuration, so they work with whichever building you stream.
It is a small purchase that gives medics an errand between calls and gives other players somewhere to go. It works best beside a hospital rather than instead of one.
