Commanding a pet

The fast interaction key is Z by default. It shows which pets are in range and gives four commands: follow, go to, attack and sniff.

Growing a pet

Every level gives one skill point, spent on a skill or an ability.

Skills

• Bravery. Less risk of the pet fleeing during an attack.
• Speed. The pet runs faster.
• Health. More health.
• Toughness. Slower starvation and dehydration.
• Sniffing. A better chance of finding a sniffed item.
• Obedience. Better following and riding.

Abilities

• Health from eating. Adds health when a hungry pet eats.
• Search Vehicles. Sniff the trunk of a vehicle.
• Attack Wheels. Puncture a wheel.
• Auto Attack. Attack anyone who damages the owner and is not on the friend list.
• More Daily Tasks. Extra tasks for more XP.
• Guard Area. Wander an area and attack anyone not on the friend list.

New daily tasks appear every day.

Living with a pet

• Vehicles. A following pet gets into vehicles with you.
• Riding. Horses can be ridden.
• Leash. For pets with low obedience.
• Carry. Pick the pet up.
• Emotes. Dog emotes, and greeting your own and other people's pets.
• Needs. Pets pee and poop.
• Veterinary. See the progress of a hurt pet and when it can leave.
• Pet houses. Use the default or add your own.
• Breeding. Compatible pets breed. This is configurable.

Gear

• More than 400 accessory compatibilities
• A pet bag accessory works as an inventory, opened with a pin code

Shops

Three by default: pet, exotic and farm. There is also a police pet shop.

Rules for the server

• Job limits. Restrict sniffing or attacking to certain jobs.
• Friends. Add players or jobs as friendly, and the pet will not attack them.
• Receive event. Insert a pet model and name through an event.
• Themes. Change the style of the UI.

• Owners of kr_pets already have this asset and should not buy it again.
• Requires QB-Core or ESX.
