A job that rewards patience

Beekeeping is not fast money. Players set things up, come back later and keep their equipment in good order. That makes it a good fit for the calm, legal side of a server.

The loop

1. Buy equipment from the beekeeping ped, who stocks bee houses and hives.
2. Place bee houses out in the world. They attract bees and, now and then, a queen.
3. Place hives and move the bees and queens into them.
4. Wait. Honey and wax are produced over time.
5. Sell the honey and wax back to the ped.

Working together

An owner can add collaborators to any house or hive, so friends can help run the apiary.

Upkeep

Houses and hives lose durability gradually. Neglect them and they are destroyed.
