A building block, not a finished feature

This free minigame from Gamzky Scripts does one thing. It shows a keypad and asks the player for a PIN. What that keypad guards is up to you.

Places to use it

• The back door of a store robbery
• A gang stash that only members should open
• One stage of a larger heist
• A safe inside a house

How it plays

The player has a limited number of attempts to enter the correct PIN. After each attempt they get detailed feedback that points them toward the right sequence, so success comes from reasoning and not from luck.

What you set

• PIN length. Longer codes for harder locks.
• Attempts. How many tries before failure.
• Look. The keypad is easy to reskin through the config for different scenarios or themes.
• Sound. Effects can be switched on or off.

The script is fully standalone and fits into any framework. It is 100% unencrypted, so you can read and edit all of the code.
