Context-Aware Animation Suggestions

Animation Suggestions watches what is happening around the player and offers a fitting animation for the moment. Stand near a wall and it suggests leaning against it. Press one keybind and the animation plays, with certain animations automatically aligning the player to the object they are interacting with. To stop, just walk off. No menus, no commands.

The script is fully standalone. It needs no framework and runs the same on ESX, QBCore, QBox, VRP and servers with no framework at all.

What it does

• Keybind start, walk-off stop: one key plays the suggested animation, walking away ends it
• Automatic alignment: the player is positioned against the prop or object they are using
• Custom detection events: many situations detected out of the box
• Prop and location based animations: tie animations to specific props or to coordinate areas
• Synchronised animations: every player sees the same animation
• Events and props: trigger events when an animation starts and spawn props or tools for it
• Performance: 0.00 to 0.01 resmon at idle, 0.01 to 0.03 when stationary with an animation available

Built-in detections

• Idle: plays after the player has been stationary for 4 or more seconds, usable anywhere
• Lean: leaning back when a wall, vehicle or similar is directly behind the player
• Leaning on a bar: leaning forward on something in front of the player no higher than their chest
• Sitting: sitting down on walls, stairs or chairs behind the player below waist height
• Intimidation: gestures that stay active for a few seconds after melee combat
• Showing pain: hurt animations when the player is below 60% health
• Car inspection: inspecting an open engine bay or trunk the player is looking at
• Car cheering: cheering and clapping at a car doing a burnout or drift
• Greeting: waving hello at players not greeted within the last 15 minutes

Your own suggestions

• Location specific: define an area with coordinates and a radius where certain animations are suggested. Useful for clubs, bars and restaurants, add as many as you want
• Prop specific: assign animations to props, sitting on a chair, digging through the trash, drinking a beer. No limit on how many you add
