Medicine with stakes
On most servers a doctor presses a key and the patient stands up. Here the doctor operates. They pick up tools and use them with hand targeting, and if they get it wrong the patient dies on the table. This free system comes from Pickle Mods.

The instruments
- Scalpel. Cuts tendons.
- Saw. Cuts bone.
- Syringe. Heals bleeding wounds.
Real patients
Doctors can operate on real players to heal them. Dead players are supported: they can be revived and put through surgery. If the operation fails, the patient dies, and the doctor can try again or walk away.
Practice first
Training Mode lets a doctor rehearse an operation before doing it for real. A hospital can run it as an entrance exam for new staff.
Rewards
Both real surgeries and training runs pay out in:

Access
Surgeries can be restricted to specific jobs, so only your medical roles can perform them.
