What happens after the arrest

On most servers the story ends when the cell door closes. This job by Pickle Mods adds the next chapter. Officers can release a player on bail with conditions, and a new profession exists to chase the ones who break them. The creator calls it a first of its kind system.

Three roles

The parolee

• Must report to an NPC Parole Officer on each day of the bail period.
• Is sent to do community service at every meeting.
• Wears an ankle monitor that shows their position to all on duty officers.
• Can cut the monitor off, which alerts the police once you have configured a dispatch event.
• Loses bail automatically by missing a meeting, and goes on the bounty list.

The officer

• Places players on bail.
• Can pardon or revoke bail, given the bail management permission.
• Earns a bonus multiplier, shared with the hunter, when a player bounty is handed over.

The bounty hunter

• Clocks in, with permission, and receives a loadout.
• Carries a Tazer that will not fire at anyone who is not a bounty, which shuts down taze abuse.
• Can share a bounty with another hunter. When one turns it in, both are paid.

NPC bounties for quiet hours

Bounties on NPCs generate automatically at low, medium or high risk. The risk level sets how likely the target is to run, drive off, attack or pull a weapon. Hunters have work even when no player has skipped bail.

• ESX (1.1+), QBox or QB. The bridge is fully accessible if you want to add another framework or target system.

• Target: ox_target, qb-target or qtarget, or run it with targeting disabled

Installation

1. Install the items shown in the INSTALL folder.
2. Add ensure pickle_bailbounty to your server config.
3. Turn the target option on or off in the config.
4. Restart the server.
