Preset tags are not really graffiti

A pack of ready made images means every gang ends up with the same art. The Graffiti Maker from QFDevelopers lets players create their own.

Three ways to make a piece

• Write. Type the text.
• Draw. Paint freehand with the custom tools.
• Import. Load an image from a URL.

A design can be saved under a name and used again, scaled to fit the wall, and coloured from a quick menu of favourite colours.

On the wall

Tags can go anywhere on the map with full freedom of placement. Every player sees the same graffiti. After a configurable time, a tag fades.

Who is allowed

• Restrict spraying to specific jobs, gangs or items.
• Spraying and cleaning are item based and fully configurable.
• Graffiti is removed with a cleaning spray or with a command you define in the config.

Abuse control

• Anti spam and a cooldown system
• Allowed zones, cooldown and duration in the config
• Anti exploit checks against misuse
• Logs of every placement with the player and coordinates

Performance

Render distance is adjustable for client performance, and the script is optimised on client and server.

Exports and events let other scripts hook in. Translation files are easy to edit.
