Vinewood Hills House 3 with Garage and Two Bedrooms
Park inside, cook upstairs and sleep on the floor below
If a driver's license on your server comes from a lone NPC on a pavement, nobody remembers getting it. This pack by WXMAPS swaps that for an institution. You get two complete San Andreas DMV interiors, one in Vinewood and one in Paleto Bay, where new citizens queue, study, sit a test and walk out legal.
Vinewood serves the city. It handles new arrivals and the drivers who need a license back after a chase went badly. Paleto Bay serves Blaine County, so players in the north are not forced into a long unlicensed drive just to take a test. If your police check licenses at traffic stops, a DMV in each half of the map keeps that rule fair.
The interiors are a stage for whatever handles licensing on your server, whether that is a QBCore or ESX license flow or a custom DMV job with a practical driving test. Hold the written test in the classroom, start the practical at the front door and hand over the result at reception. DMV clerk and driving instructor become real civilian careers.
The MLO is map content only, so ESX, QBCore, Qbox and vanilla servers all load it the same way. Add the resource, add the ensure line, install wxmaps_commons (the shared WXMAPS dependency) and restart. Both locations are optimized to keep client FPS smooth, even with a full waiting room.
Identity and license scripts on the marketplace give you the card. This gives you the building where the card is earned. WXMAPS lists other civic and business interiors too, so the DMV can match the rest of your city.
